Making e-exams accessible

To ensure that students can actually answer multiple choice questions, the following rules must be observed:

• Answerable without reading the questions/answers
• No clue words ("never", "always" etc.)
• Similarly long alternative answers
• Equally plausible alternative answers
• Equally probable positions for "correct" -> not always in the same position
• Not too similar answer alternatives
• Few repetitions of words
• Few negations
• Four or more alternative answers
• Report the number of correct answer options
